One (1) CDI 550 Monitor with ART/HS-CA, one (1) Monitor Pole Clamp 7", and one (1) Cable Head Bracket. Services to be included as part of this acquistion is onsite Clinical Support Educaton/Product Training limited to a maximum of three (3) days conducted by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Terumo Cardiovascular.
