The anticipated contract structure is a Base Plus 4 Option Years. Interested vendors are asked to provide capability information, including whether they are a small business manufacturer or distributor, details on affiliated/owned companies and CVE registrations, certification type, federal ID, state of incorporation, and any joint venture plans.
