OSMOPRO MAX AND GLOCYTE CONSUMABLES
The Department of Veterans Affairs Durham Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of Durham VA Medical Center, is conducting market research via this Sources Sought notice to determine qualified businesses under NAICS 334516 capable of supplying name-brand GloCyte system consumables, including cartridge kits, RBC and TNC reagents, pipette tips, OsmoPro Max maintenance/calibration kits, inserts, and enzymatic cleaner kit. The anticipated contract structure is a Base Plus 4 Option Years. Interested vendors are asked to provide capability information, including whether they are a small business manufacturer or distributor, details on affiliated/owned companies and CVE registrations, certification type, federal ID, state of incorporation, and any joint venture plans. If applicable, respondents must provide a manufacturer authorized distributor/licenser letter to avoid products being considered grey market and technically unacceptable.
