VISN 2 Patient Ceiling Lift
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors capable of providing and installing ceiling lift systems and associated equipment across multiple medical facilities in North Carolina and Virginia. This is a market research notice to inform a potential future acquisition, not a formal solicitation. The required ceiling lifts must meet extensive technical specifications, including a lifting capacity of at least 600 pounds, integrated patient scales, and a requirement for three years of maintenance and inspection. The work will be performed at specified VA facilities in Asheville, Franklin, Hickory, Forest City, Durham, Greenville, Fayetteville (two locations), Richmond, Salem, Salisbury, and Charlotte.
