The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6, on behalf of Richmond VAMC, is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified businesses capable of providing Evoqua Deionized Water System service and maintenance. The required scope includes recurring preventive maintenance with OEM parts and labor, conductivity and SDI testing/recording, flow/pressure adjustments, pump inspections, prefilter replacement, and distribution loop cleaning/sanitization. It also covers consumable and replacement parts such as 20-inch filter cartridges, UV lamps, quartz sleeves, O-rings, washers, peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide test strips, and sanitizer. In addition, the effort would include mixed-bed deionization and activated carbon media tanks. The services are to be performed for Richmond VAMC.
