The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6, on behalf of Richmond VAMC, is conducting market research through this Sources Sought notice to assess qualified businesses capable of providing a brand-name-only Medtronic Infinity Thoracic Tray with the specified implant, screw, rod, caddy, tray, and case components. Respondents must provide a capabilities statement and indicate whether they are a small business manufacturer or reseller, whether they can offer an FSS quote or open market pricing, any affiliated companies under related NAICS codes, SDVOSB/VOSB certification details, active SAM registration and UEI, and the country of origin. If able to provide the items, the contractor must also supply a manufacturer letter confirming they are an authorized distributor/licenser, or the offered products may be considered grey market and technically unacceptable. This is strictly market research for acquisition planning, and the Government will not entertain questions or assume costs incurred in preparing responses.
