The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 6, is conducting market research via a Sources Sought Notice to identify capable sources for Tactical Range Training for the Central Virginia VA Health Care System Police Services in the Richmond, Virginia area. The contractor would provide three clear ranges, including at least seven individual lanes for pistol qualifications with automated rotating targets, a tactical range for long gun qualifications, a shoot house, air ventilation and temperature control, and a classroom for annual certification instruction. Services are expected to support VA Police weapons training and qualifications at the CVHCS medical center located at 1201 Broad Rock Boulevard, Richmond, Virginia. The period of performance is October 2026 through September 2030. This is not a request for bids, quotes, or proposals, and responses are voluntary market research to inform acquisition strategy.
