The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to BUSCH, LLC for one medical grade dry claw vacuum pump and motor, to be performed at the Salisbury VAMC in Salisbury, NC. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirement. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate ability to comply. The government will use responses to determine whether to conduct competitive procurement.
