The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify businesses capable of providing a temporary trailer-mounted generator rental (1500kW/1.5MW) for the Richmond VA Medical Center. The generator must meet specific NFPA standards and technical specifications, including being trailer-mounted with a 5,200-gallon fuel capacity and compatibility with existing switchgear. Qualified businesses must be established, financially responsible, and provide a capabilities statement. Responses are for planning purposes only to inform the Government's acquisition strategy.
