Custom Surgical Packs

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for Custom and Standard Surgical Packs via a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The performance location is the Fayetteville VAMC at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the SBA database under NAICS code 339113, which has a size standard of 750 employees. All correspondence and responses must be submitted via email, and offerors are responsible for downloading documents from the sam.gov website. No contract can be awarded to any offeror not registered in SAM.
