This is a pre-solicitation notice for a 100% Small Business Set-aside procurement for 8-channel generator annunciators and ModBus gateways. The requirement is for a one-time supply and installation of retrofit kits for four emergency generators at the Richmond VA Medical Center in Richmond, VA.
