The Department of Veterans Affairs will be soliciting for vendors that can provide Preventive Maintenance for Horcher Ceiling Lifts (119 units) located at the Asheville VA Medical Center in Asheville, NC. Service will include all scheduled preventive maintenance and service technicians must be factory trained on all items. Equipment must be maintained in accordance with Manufacturer s requirements and specifications. This will be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement included in the solicitation. A Request for Quotation will be issued on or about November 24, 2025. To be eligible for award, the contractor must be registered in in the SAM database at http://www.sam.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, the Size Standard is $12.5 million, and the Product Service (PSC) Code is J065 - Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies.
