The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 06, Network Contract Office NCO 06, Fayetteville VAMC located 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville NC 28301 intends to solicit for Custom and Standard Surgical Packs via a Firm-Fixed Price contract and unrestricted. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Small Business Administration (SBA) database under the applicable NAICS. The applicable NAICS code is 339113 with a size standard of 750 employees. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov and Small Business Certification (sba.gov). The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management database to be eligible for an award. Registration is free, and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website, as no contract can be awarded to any offeror not registered in SAM. The Fayetteville VAMC located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC, 28301 is seeking potential sources capable of providing standard and custom surgical packs to Fayetteville VA Medical Center (Ortho Pack, Surgery Pack, Surgical Instrument Tray, Nail Avulsion Tray, Basic Cystoscopy Standard Tray, Gynecology Laparoscopy Standard Tray, Knee Arthroscopy IV Surgical Standard Tray, and Standard Major Laparotomy Tray). These packs are essential to support various surgical procedures and ensure high standards of patient care. All surgical packs must comply with applicable FDA regulations and industry standards. The supplied products must have a defect rate of less than 1%. Custom surgical packs must be designed in consultation with the surgical team to ensure they meet exact surgical requirements. Vendors must offer a wide range of customization options to accommodate specific surgical needs.
