6515-- Custom Surgical Packs
This is a solicitation for an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to provide custom surgical packs, with a focus on the disinfection and packaging of unit dose carriers. The contract will be awarded based on a lowest price, technically acceptable evaluation, where technical proposals are rated simply as acceptable or unacceptable. A mandatory requirement includes providing a sample pack of each custom pack listed and either a submitted or live video demonstration of the disinfection process prior to the solicitation closing. Offerors must also complete specific columns in a provided Excel spreadsheet and submit an OEM authorization letter if they are not the manufacturer. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required to submit a quotation.
