The Charles George Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1100 Tunnel rd. Asheville, NC 28805 has a requirement for a contractor to provide WATER WELL PLANT SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide all materials necessary to fulfill the services for the Charles George VA Medical Center. This is a Pre-solicitation only. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about October 30th, 2025. In accordance with Public Law, P.L. 109-461, this is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement 221310 - Water Supply and Irrigation Systems, size standard of $41.0 million. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) and certified as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in SBA (sba.gov) prior to submitting a Quote.
