The Department of Veterans Affairs, Durham VA Medical Center, NC 27705 has a requirement for Janitorial Services 1st and 2nd shift. The contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to clear snow and ice from identified roads and parking lots at the Durham VA Medical Center (DVAMC) located at 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC 27705. The period of performance for the resultant contract will be a one year base contract with four (4) one-year” option periods, 25 November, 2025- 24 November 2030 in strict accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
