The Department of Veteran s Affairs will solicit for vendors capable of providing Hospital Door Replacement, Repair, and Preventive Maintenance Services for the Western NC Veterans Health Care System, Charles George VA Medical Center, located in Asheville, NC. The solicitation is for a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, SDVOSB, set-aside. This will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for One (1) Annual Base Year with Four (4) Annual Option Years. Task orders will be issued as needed for specific projects and may include emergency repair, scheduled maintenance, or full door replacements. Each task order will detail the required work, location, performance time, and any special requirements. A Request for Quotation, RFQ, will be issued on Monday, October 6, 2025.
