Hampton Veterans Administration Medical Center. Tank contents (please be specific)? #2 Diesel Tank Size including Height and Diameter? See Attachment How many tanks are needing inspected? One (1) #3, as stated in the Statement Of Work What is the size of the manway on the top of the tanks? See Attachment for size details. In what time frame are you wanting the tanks to be inspected? SOW 2.1 Stated in the Statement of Work (SOW) of Solicitation. Are you wanting the SP001/API-653 internal and/or external portion of the tank inspected? API 653 Do you have any Previous inspection reports of the tanks? Yes Can you provide us with Images of the tank, its access points, along with surrounding areas that we have to work with around the tanks?
