The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 on behalf of Salem, VA Medical Center is conducting Market Research through this sources sought notice to help determine the availability of qualified Businesses, capable of providing Integrated Pest Management services, but not limited to, the following: Maintain and promote safe, efficient and environmentally sound strategies, preventing or controlling disease vectors and other pests that may adversely affect health, impede operations or damage property. Fully comply with all appropriate laws and regulations i.e. OSHA, Title 29 code of Federal regulations (CFR) 1910.20, Access to employee exposure and medical records; 29 CFR 1910.132, Personal Protective Equipment; 29 CFR 1910.134, Respiratory Protection; 29CFR 1910.1200, Hazard Communication and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), involving pesticide use and other pest control procedures. All respondents shall indicate/provide the following: A copy of its capabilities statement. Failure to provide the above information may result in the potential offeror being considered incapable of meeting the VA s needs. Responses to this sources sought notice should include the following: name and address of company, business size (large or small): Please identify your companies socioeconomic categories-8(a), HUBZone, Services Disabled Veteran-Owned/Veteran-Owned Small Business, other small, small or large; provide a brief description of qualifications and any other pertinent information which demonstrates the ability to meet the above requirement.
