X1AA--Raleigh VA Dental Clinic RLP
This is a follow-up notice requesting additional information from offerors whose initial proposals are under consideration for the Raleigh Dental Clinic lease. The proposals must be revised to fully address several mandatory items, including a complete Tenant Improvement Cost Summary, confirmation of twenty operatory stations, a detailed floor plan, and clarification on how the space accommodates requirements without Sterile Processing Services (SPS). A revised cost estimate removing SPS-related items is also required. All requested information must be submitted by the close of business on March 30, 2026. The services are to be performed in Raleigh.
