PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ALS/BLS Ambulance Services Salisbury VA Health Care System (Salisbury, North Carolina) The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salisbury VA Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina, has a requirement for a contractor to provide ALS/BLS Ambulance Services for multiple locations within the Salisbury VA Health Care System (VAHCS).
