Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a need for Fire Alarm Program Maintenance. The contractor shall provide all transportation, material, hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to provide the services. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13. Place of Performance: Hunter Homes VA Medical Center 1201 Broad Rock Blvd. Richmond VA 23249. Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a one (1) year contract beginning in September 2025. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is unrestricted. The applicable NAICS is 561210 (Facilities Support Service) with a size standard of $47.0 Million. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price in accordance with all conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about August 26, 2025, via Contract Opportunities website via SAM.gov. All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at the SAM.gov website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for the award, contractors must be registered in the following: 1. SAM database with posted NAICS capability at SAM.gov 2.
