The Salem Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1970 Roanoke Blvd. 24153 has a requirement for a contractor to provide MEDICAL GAS ALARM PANEL REPLACEMENT. The Contractor shall provide all materials necessary to fulfill the services for the Salem VA Medical Center. This is a Pre-solicitation only. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about August 1st, 2025. In accordance with Public Law, P.L. 109-461, this is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, size standard of $12.5 million.
