PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Rehabilitation Treadmill for Garner VA Outpatient Clinic Garner VA Outpatient Clinic (Garner, North Carolina) The Department of Veterans Affairs, Garner VA Outpatient Clinic in Garner, North Carolina, has a requirement for a contractor to provide a rehabilitation treadmill and associated equipment in accordance with the solicitation and any resulting contract.
