Solicitation Number: 36C24625Q0763_1 Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation Synopsis: VA Pre-Solicitation Notice for MUSE Cardiology Information System The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 06), Hampton, VA on behalf of VISN 6 intends to solicit a maintenance and service agreement services for a contractor who provide maintenance and service agreement for the MUSE Cardiology Information System to the VA facilities in VISN 6. This pre-solicitation announcement publicizes the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to solicit quotes for this requirement. The VA will accept proposal from 07/11/2025 to 07/18/2022. The solicitation will be available for download in Contract Opportunities on the System for Award Mangement (SAM)website at https://sam.gov. Interested companies will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies are available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractor about the quote submission process. Prospective Quoter(s) are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the SAM website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under the applicable NAICS Code. Firms may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in SAM. Registration is free and potential quoter(s) are encouraged to visit the SAM website and register as soon as possible. NAICS Code is 811210-Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a small business size standard of $34.0 M. The Product Service Code is J065. There is an anticipation of a single award from this solicitation, which will be made commensurate with the needs of VISN 6. Responsible source may submit quotes. The VA will consider for evaluation only quotes from sources found to be responsive and responsible.
