INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: Veterans Health Administration, Asheville VA Medical Center intend to award a Sole Source contract to WOSB Image Management, LLC for Bed Lift maintenance at Asheville VA with performance 4/28/25 to 4/27/26. The proposed contract action is for service for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 as an urgent and compelling requirement. This agreement shall include: Annually inspect lift motor and tracks. Perform annual preventive maintenance on the lift motor and tracks. Replace any batteries, as needed. Load testing on all the lift tracks. Provide report for each patient lift serviced. As a Sole Source purchase quote is not being requested. Responses shall be received, in writing, no later than 12:00 PM EST 23 April 25 to warren.pennil@va.gov. Any firm or individual submitting comments shall identify their firm name, point of contact, title, address and telephone number.
