INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Veterans Health Administration Asheville Medical Center intend to award a Sole Source contract to Cynergy LLC a VOSB for a Walsh Integrated Services at Asheville VAMC with Period Of Performance 5 May 2025 to 4 May 2026. The proposed contract action is a services contract for which the Government intend to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The sole source purchase for Walsh Quality Ecosystem is proprietary software is authorized for installation through Cynergy LLC. This agreement shall include: Walsh QA Inspector quickly inspect the cleanliness of any room from mobile device. Additional checklist/Inspection types annually Software user license required for Walsh product/App for 1 year. 1 license/user (Inspectors) for 11-15 devices Unlimited toll free and online support for Walsh Integrated Environmental Systems, Inc App & portal upgrades for Walsh Integrated Environmental Systems, Inc As a sole source purchase quote is not being requested, responses shall be received in writing no later than 12:00 PM EST 2 May 2025 to warren.pennil@va.gov.
