Pre-Solicitation Notice This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation, 36C24625Q0495, will be issued on or about 14 March 2025.The Fayetteville VAMC, has a requirement for a contractor to add physical access control system (PACS) for (3) existing entry doors into the Radiology area at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of the Fayetteville VA Medical Center located at 2300 Ramsey Fayetteville, NC 28301, is conducting market research to determine whether to set-aside an acquisition for SDVOSB and VOSBs to install the PACS (physical access control system) to three (3) doors located in Radiology at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center. The Fayetteville VAMC requires all portals of entrance into the Radiology area to be secured with and controlled by the building PACS (physical access control system). The contractor is required to provide all personnel, tools, equipment, and all necessary hardware to add the specific doors listed below to our existing CCURE9000 PACS. The contractor is responsible to make the portals fully functional and compliant with the VA standards. Contractor must have a physical office within a 50-mile radius of the Fayetteville VAMC located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301-3856. Contractor must be an Enterprise certified and trained Software House dealer and have factory trained technicians capable to perform the installation and commissioning of all components listed above. Contractor is also required to warranty all material and workmanship for 12 full months after acceptance. Contractor shall report to the Radiology department for work. Contractor shall perform the required work Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00am to 5:00pm. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561621 Security Systems Services (Except Locksmith) Size Standard $25 Million, and the Product Service Code (PSC) Classification is 6350.
