The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office (RPO) East, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of Veteran Integrated Service Network has a requirement for a contractor to provide Utility Plant Heat Exchanger and Installation Services at the Richmond VA Medical Center. The Contractor shall provide all materials necessary to fulfill the requirement for the Heat Exchanger and Installation Removal Services at the Richmond Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) specified in the Performance Work Statement.  This is a Pre-solicitation only. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement.   The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 28 February 2025.  This is Open Market Unrestricted.   The NAICS Code for this procurement 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, size standard of $19 million and the corresponding Product Service Code is J045- Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment - Plumbing, Heating, and Waste Disposal Equipment.  All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov).  Contractors interested in providing this service should monitor Contract Opportunities for the solicitation.
