This will be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement included in the solicitation. A Request for Quotation will be issued on or about March 27, 2025. To be eligible for award, the contractor must be registered in in the SAM database at http://www.sam.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334310 - Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, the Size Standard is 750 employees, and the Product Service (PSC) Code is 6530 - Hospital Furniture, Equipment, Utensils, and Supplies. This is an SDVOSB set-aside. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified, potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it, pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Asheville Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 1100 Tunnel Rd., Asheville, NC 28805, is seeking potential sources capable of providing replacement of 90 televisions, associated cabling, head end, blonder tongue and supporting arms for the televisions in the Community Living Center on campus. The televisions will be provided signal independent of the VA network by a vendor isolated network from a third party, spectrum. The devices will in no way connect to the VA network, and no sensitive information, PHI or PII will be transferred. A camera and microphone are desired for video calling to family/friends to improve quality of life. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334310 - Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, Size Standard: 750 employees. Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the installation of the cabling, head end, blonder tongue, televisions, and arms for the televisions. The televisions must have the following attributes: Mount arm compatible 21 -24 screen size Pillow speaker compatible Touch screen Have USB A, USB C and Ethernet connections Power over Ethernet (POE) Integrated Camera and Mic Minimum 3 year warranty Hospital Grade Mounting arms must be compatible with proposed televisions Mounting arms must be designed for and bear the weight of the televisions Arms and Televisions must be UL listed Responses to this sources sought notice should include the following: name and address of company, business size (large or small): Please identify your companies socioeconomic categories- 8(a), HUBZone, Services Disabled Veteran-Owned/Veteran-Owned Small Business, other small, small or large.
