The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office (RPO) East, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of Veteran Integrated Service Network has a requirement for a contractor to provide Utility Plant Heat Exchanger and Installation Services at the Richmond VA Medical Center. The Contractor shall provide all materials necessary to fulfill the requirement for the Heat Exchanger and Installation Removal Services at the Richmond Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) specified in the Performance Work Statement.  This is a Pre-solicitation only. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement.   The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 6 January 2025.  In accordance with Public Law, P.L. 109-461, this is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside.   The NAICS Code for this procurement 332410 Power Boiler and Heat Exchanger Manufacturing, size standard of 750 employees and the corresponding Product Service Code is J045- Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment - Plumbing, Heating, and Waste Disposal Equipment.  All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) and verified in VetCert (Veteran Small Business Certification) as an SDVOSB prior to submitting a Quote.  This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY.
