Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a need for Hazardous Waste Pick up and Disposal. The contractor shall provide all transportation, material hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to provide the services. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 8. Place of Performance: Hampton VA Medical Center, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton Virginia 23667. Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a base plus 4 option periods beginning on 1 Dec 2024 30 Nov 2025 in strict accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a SDVOSB set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 562112 (Hazardous Waste Collection) with a size standard of $47 Million. This requirement will be solicited as a GSA SDVOSB set aside. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a IDIQ requirement in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation.
