Under Section 3 of the Q&A, the VA states that "The facility does NOT require integrated valve cylinders". However, in contradiction, the VA listed 2 rental CLINs for O2 cylinders with integrated valves, CLINS 0021/1021/2021/3021/4021 and 0022/1022/2022/3022/4022.  Request the VA clarify whether O2 cylinders with the integrated valve are required. If so, request the VA add gas CLINs for the fill of O2 cylinders with integrated valves.  Response: Yes they are required. Add two CLIN s for the O2 fill.  See CLIN 0024, 0025, 1024, and 1025, 2024, 2025, 3024, 3025, 4024 and 4025. 2. Under Section 3 of the Q&A, the VA lists CLIN 0023/1023/2023/3023/4023 for the rental of "High Pressure Cylinders (6,000 psi). The schedule does not list a gas CLIN for the fill of 6,000 psi cylinders.  Recommend the VA delete this CLIN from the schedule.  Response: Add CLIN for Argon, Ultra High Purity/High Pressure ARUHP 300 CF. qty 4 cyl See CLIN 0026, 1026, 2026, 3026, and 4026. 3. Under Section 3 of the Q&A, the VA lists gas CLIN 0025/1025/2025/3025/4025 and rental CLIN 0024/1024/2024/024/4024 for Medical Air. No cylinder size is provided. Request the VA provide a cylinder size for these two CLINs.  Response: Size E tanks CLINS: 0022, 1022, 2022, 3022and 4022 300 CF tanks CLINs: 0023, 1023, 2023, 3023, and 4023    4. Under Section 3 of the Q&A, the VA lists rental CLINS 0019/1019/2019/3019/4019 and 0020/1020/2020/3020/4020 for the rental liquid containers. The only liquid nitrogen required on the schedule are the two government-owned 30-liter dewars-no rental required.  Recommend the VA delete these liquid nitrogen rental CLINs from the schedule.  Response: Delete Rental CLIN for these tanks as they are VA owned

The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for: GAS Cylinders for Salem VA Medical Center located 1970 Roanoke Blvd Salem Virginia 24153. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, delivery and installation necessary for the GAS Cylinders. Period of Performance will be for a Base plus 4 Option Year requirement. . This acquisition is set aside 100% for SDVOSB. The applicable NAICS Code is 325120 (Industrial Gas Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1200 employees.
