CONTRACT DESCRIPTION RALEIGH DENTAL CLINIC Request for Lease Proposal 36C24624R0009 The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks to obtain 10,130 (contiguous) usable square feet/12,232 rentable square feet of clinical space for a Standalone Dental Clinic in the Raleigh area. Space shall be available for use of the Durham VA Health Care System for personnel, furnishings, and equipment to meet the needs for a Standalone Dental Clinic. Space must provide administrative and dental staff providing services to our patients on one-floor. The space shall be of contiguous office space in a professional and aesthetically pleasing Building. Space offered must be in a quality building of sound and substantial construction, either a new, modernized building, or one that has undergone restoration or rehabilitation for the intended use
