The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research through this source sought to help determine the availability of qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Small Businesses (SB), manufactures and distributors, registered under NAICS code 337215 capable of supplying for the Richmond VAMC. This requirement will be one time buy. Salient Characteristics Functions to be performed: Portable Shelving Systems and White Transport Covers. Performance required: White portable shelving system with adjustable shelves for storing laboratory equipment and consumables. White transport cover to fit over the white portable shelving systems. Essential physical characteristics; Dimensions (if applicable): Portable shelving systems and transport covers must be/have: 25 inch wide by 24 inch deep by 67-1/2 inch high. 1 inch increment adjustable shelves. Shelf should hold up to 200 pounds. 17-1/2-inch wide by 22-1/2-inch diameter by 3-inch-high white storage tubs. Includes formalin-neutralizing pads. Locking casters. Transport covers must fit portable shelving systems. Interested sources shall indicate that they are capable of providing the required supply/services and must provide the following: 1) Full name and address of the firm 2) Size status (i.e., small business, 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business 3) Offer item(s) on schedule or open market 4) Capability statement 5) NAICS Code 6) If small business, can your company meet the requirements specified in FAR 52.219-14, limitations on Subcontracting. Additional, at time of quote company must be registered in SAM.gov and if not the manufacturer provide a authorized distributor/licenser letter from the manufacture. No other information is required at this time. Some will provide letter with they quote.
