This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). This solicitation is in accordance with FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-05 published in the Federal register May 22, 2024. This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business and Brand Name or Equal. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334118 (Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1000 Employees. The FSC/PSC is 6515 Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies. This requirement is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and only SBA registered vendors should submit offers. All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at sam.gov without further notification from the Contracting Officer. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a need for PICIS Workstations at the Ashville VA Medical Center. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 334118 (Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This requirement will be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside and only SBA registered vendors should submit offers. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation.
