The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, supplies, equipment, management, transportation, and applicable licenses and permits necessary to ensure that universal and hazardous waste removal and disposal services. Place of Performance: Hampton VA Medical Center and surrounding clinics. 100 Emancipation Drive Hampton VA 23667. Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a base plus 4 option periods beginning on 1October 2024 30 Sept 2025 in strict accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a SDVOSB set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, with a size standard of $19.5 Million. This requirement will be solicited as a SDVOSB set aside. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. Market Research is being conducted to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone interests. The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is trying to determine whether to set-aside a acquisition to provide annual preventative maintenance medical gas inspection and repair service at the Hampton VA Medical Center, Hampton Virginia. The scope of the acquisition includes but is not limited to: Performing quarterly inspections on Medical Gas equipment. Preventative maintenance and repairs associated with the station s Medical Gas equipment. If your company is interested in performing these services, please notify our office of your intent.
