The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a requirement to complete the Replacement of an Existing Chill Water Main. The Contractor shall provide all transportation, material hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to complete the services. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Place of Performance: The services will be completed at the W.G. Bill Hefner VA Medical Center (VAMC), 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC 28144. Period of Performance: All work, including final cleanup and completion of any punch list items, shall be performed within 90 calendar days of the Award Date in strict accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing/Heating/Air Conditioning services with a Size Standard of $19.0 million. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about July 23, 2024, via SAM.gov. All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at SAM.gov without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
