The Department of Veteran s Affairs will solicit for vendors capable to provide Inspection, Testing, Maintenance and Repair of Fire Alarm System and Inspection of Sprinkler and Fire Suppression Systems for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. The contractor shall perform quarterly Inspection, Testing, Maintenance and Repair of Fire Alarm System and Inspection of Sprinkler and Fire Suppression Systems to meet the most current Joint Commission or other similar life safety inspections located at the Fayetteville Veterans Affairs Coastal Health Care System (HCS), in accordance with the terms and conditions Service must be done in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal guidelines. A request for quote, RFQ, will be issued on or around Thursday, June 20, 2024. Period of Performance is for one base year plus one, 1, option years to begin July 10, 2024. To be eligible for award, the prospective contractor must be registered in SAM database at http://www.sam.gov and comply with the Evaluation for Basis of Award. If you are an SDVOSB, VOSB or small business and plan on subcontracting, please provide a plan to show how your company will provide 51% of the work being performed.
