INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Document Storage LLC. This order will be for DSS ScriptPro Outpatient Vista Interface Perpetual License and software at the Charles George VA Medical Center. The maintenance service provided by Document Storage Sys Inc is for Period Of Performance 1 Jul 24 to 30 Jun 25. The Service Agreement is to include and not limited to: DSS ScriptPro Outpatient VistA Interface Perpetual License. Includes Outpatient pharmacy orders. DSS ScriptPro Outpatient VistA Interface software subscription maintenance and support M-F 8-8 EST, includes bug fixes, minor release upgrades, telephone support for a period of one year. This proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all expressions of interest received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. Interested contractors may identify their capability to provide the services prescribed within this notice and should provide sufficient data for the government to determine them as a comparable alternative to the intended source by sending capability statements in reference to this requirement no later than 12:00 PM EST, 1 July 2024 to: warren.pennil@va.gov.

The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is trying to determine whether to set-aside a acquisition to provide DSS ScriptPro OutPatient Vista Interface software For DSSRX ScriptPro Hardware at the Charles George VA Medical Center Asheville NC. The scope of the acquisition includes but is not limited to: DSSRX- ScriptPro outpatient interface perpetual license DSS ScriptPro outpatient Vista interface software subscription maintenance support M-F, 8-8 EST. Bug fixes, minor released upgrades, telephone support for a period of 1 year. Authorization in writing from manufacturer Document Storage Systems Inc to perform software installation and maintenance on their equipment. If your company is interested in performing these services, please notify our office of your intent. In response, please include the following: (a) a positive statement of your intent to submit a bid as a prime contractor (capability statement); (b) evidence of experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, points of contact and telephone numbers; (c) past performance references with points of contact and phone numbers.
