The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO 6) has a need for Tonometers and Ophthalmoscopes (Handheld) at the Hampton VA Healthcare System (HCS), Hampton VA. The solicitation is in accordance with FAR Part 13. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This requirement is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and only SBA registered vendors should submit offers. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) type contract with all terms and conditions, provisions, and specification of the solicitation. All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at sam.gov without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
