The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Fayetteville Veterans Medical Center (VAMC) located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC will be soliciting quotes for Stryker Trurize clinical chairs. The Contractor shall provide all equipment in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. A request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24624Q0754 will be issued on or about April 25, 2024. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and VetBiz database if applicable (VetBiz registration is required for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses) under the applicable NAICS. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov and Vet Biz information at VIP Home  · VetBiz Portal (va.gov). The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management database to be eligible for an award.
