The Department of Veterans Affairs, Fayetteville VA Medical Center (VAMC), located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 will be soliciting offers for Dental Water Testing services. The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, travel, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, and technical expertise necessary for quarterly onsite Dental Water Line Testing. A request for quote (RFQ) 36C24624Q0646 will be issued on or about 17 April, 2024. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is May 1, 2024 (or date of award) through April 30, 2025. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The Contractor will provide all transportation, shipping, water containers, testing media, tools, specialized equipment, personal protective equipment, labor, supervision, laboratory analysis and technical expertise to accomplish all the tasks detailed below in Specific Requirements related to performing monthly mandated bacterial water line testing and analysis within Dental Suite on Dental Unit Water Lines (DUWLs) for thirteen (13) units/rooms with 5 sample lines per unit.
