The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salisbury VA Medical Center, located at 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC 28144 will be soliciting offers for water testing and sample collection kits. The Contractor shall provide and deliver water testing kits within the first seven (7) calendar days of every month required to collect, package, ship, and test samples to its laboratory to perform testing. A request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24624Q0611 will be issued on or about March 21, 2024. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is April 1, 2024 (or date of award) through March 31, 2025. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov.
