The Hampton VA Medical Center located in Hampton, Virginia is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Building 116 Oven Utilities. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code being considered for this procurement is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a Small Business size standard of $19 Million. Scope of Work: The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) requires work in the kitchen of building 116 to connect equipment to appropriate utilities. Required utilities are defined in section 1.1. The construction shall comply with all VA Master Specifications PG-18-1 as well as any applicable NFPA and OSHA codes and standards. Contractor shall have OSHA 30 certification. Work is located at the Hampton VAMC located at 100 Emancipation Drive Building 116, Hampton, Virginia 23667. Scope of work: Contractor shall perform / provide labor and materials to install the following utilities to the following kitchen equipment: Convotherm Oven: Quantity 3 Natural Gas Electric Domestic Water (including filtration) Vulcan Gas Griddle Natural Gas Fire Suppression Ivario Tilt Skillet Electric Domestic Water (including filtration) THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME.
