This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Salisbury Health Care System Dental Clinics located at the following locations, 1601 Brenner Ave. Salisbury, NC 28144, | 1695 Kernersville Medical Pkwy, Kernersville, NC 27284, | 3506 W Tyvola Rd, Charlotte, NC 28208 is seeking potential sources capable provide water testing services to include materials for shipping samples, completion of the chain of custody forms/records as well as all other required documentation for analysis of total heterotrophic bacteria samples from dental lines at all campuses. Company MUST be able to have samples shipped within 24 hours of collection and meet all CDC or other analytical holding time requirements. Samples shall arrive at the contractor s laboratory or sub-contractor laboratory within 48 hours of collection. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services; Small Business Size Standards $19 Million. Responses to this source sought notice should include the following: name and address of company, business size (large or small): identify whether or not firm falls into any of the following socioeconomic categories-8(a), HUBZone, Services Disabled Veteran-Owned/Veteran-Owned Small Business; provide a brief description of qualifications and any other pertinent information which demonstrates the ability to meet the above requirement.
