The Salem VA Medical Center (Salem VAMC), Salem, Virginia, is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Repair Fence and Brick Column project. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The work is for the replacement of the Repair Fence and Brick Column. All work shall be performed at the Salem VAMC, Salem, VA 24153. The Contractor will provide all transportation, materials, hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise for replacing existing ornamental column s brick veneer and install new fence posts and fence panels on each side of brick column. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
