This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. This solicitation is issued as Full and Open Competition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325412, with a small business size standard of 1300 Employees. The Richmond VA Medical Center, Nuclear Medicine Department, located at 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 23249, Room 1H160. ) requires a contractor to provide all listed unit dose radiopharmaceuticals used by the Nuclear Medicine Imaging Department during normal working hours and after-hours emergency studies on an as- needed basis. Solicitation is expected to be issued on or before February 26, 2024. The vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts), verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the lowest price acceptable for the government. Quotations shall be received no later than 3PM EST on February 29, 2024. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated.
