The Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO6) will be soliciting for construction services to replace kitchen ventilation hoods at the Richmond VA Medical Center. This project includes demolishing out the entire kitchen hood ventilation system on both sides of the grills and replacing it with new. The new hood must meet all VA requirements, new hood must also be a perfect fit in the provided space. The contractor will be required to provide all materials and tools for the work required, as well as necessary safety equipment, licenses, and expertise. The contractor will also be required to comply with any safety regulations. This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to VAAR Subpart 819.70. Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation, statement of work, wage determination and any other applicable documents will be available via electronic means on this website on or around February 22, 2024. Telephone requests for plans will not be honored. Plans and specifications will also be available for examination without charge at the Contracting Office upon coordination with the assigned Contract Specialist. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the Contractor to obtain all necessary updates/amendments from SAM.GOV.
