The Contractor shall provide all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, quality control, and technical expertise to clean the overhead skywalk, inside and outside, from Garage A to Building 1. This is a turn-key request with the Contractor providing all the equipment and performing all the work.
