The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA 23667 is seeking potential sources capable to provide fire door labeling services. Companies MUST have below certifications and capabilities to be considered: The Contractor must be able to provide all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to make Fire Door labeling at Hampton VA Medical Center (VAMC). This is a turn-key request with the Contractor providing all the parts and performing all the work.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210, Facilities Support Services; Small Business Size Standards: $47 M. Responses to this sources sought notice should include the following: name and address of company, business size (large or small): identify whether or not firm falls into any of the following socioeconomic categories-8(a), HUBZone, Services Disabled Veteran- Owned/Veteran-Owned Small Business; provide a brief description of qualifications and any other pertinent information which demonstrates the ability to meet the above requirement.
